The Repositioning Session
You’ve applied to 300 jobs. The problem isn’t your resume.
It’s the channel. You’re applying cold, alongside 253 other people. In two hours you’ll leave with your market value, ten target roles, the roles to stop chasing, your story in sixty seconds, and five named people already inside those companies.
What you leave with
Your market value, in plain numbers.
What your experience is actually worth right now, and in which markets. Not a feeling. A number you can hold in a negotiation.
Ten target roles — and the roles to stop chasing.
The second half of that sentence is the one that changes your week. Most people don’t need more options. They need permission to stop spending Tuesday on a job that was never going to call.
Your story in sixty seconds.
The version that covers the layoff and the gap without apologizing for either one. Written down, out loud, practiced before you log off.
Five warm paths in.
Named people already connected to your target companies, found live on your own LinkedIn, plus the exact message to send each one. You watch me do it, so you can keep doing it after we hang up.
Plus: a ten-day plan, and one follow-up call at day ten.
This is for you if
- You’ve been searching three months or longer
- You have ten or more years of real professional experience
- You’ve already had the resume rewritten, or paid a coach, or both
- You’re getting ghosted and you’ve stopped counting the applications
This is not for you if
- You want someone to apply to jobs for you
- You’re looking for encouragement more than direction
- You want a guaranteed job offer — nobody can sell you that, including me
Price
Four seats. It goes to $597 after.
If you finish the session without all four documents, you don’t pay.
You’ll get a scheduling link and an eight-minute intake form. I need the form 48 hours before we meet.
About
I’m Tonia Emanuel. I spent more than twelve years in enterprise healthcare technology at Allscripts and Veradigm. Operations Coordinator, then Business Analyst, then Senior Client Success Manager.
My job was to sit with a client who said they needed one thing and work out what they actually needed. Then get Sales, Professional Services, Product Support and Finance to agree on it. That is the same problem you have right now. You’re telling the market what you did. The market is buying something else.
I made this pivot myself — out of radio and agency work into healthcare technology, then built a corporate career from there across operations, analysis, client success, executive relationships, training and adoption. I’ve run executive business reviews, client training programs, and employee resource group programming. Getting a room of experienced adults from discussion to action is the thing I’ve done most.
I built SEEN because I kept meeting experienced people who couldn’t name their own market value. What early users told me mattered most wasn’t finding more options. It was finding out which roles to stop chasing.
What I don’t claim
I don’t have hiring or salary outcome data yet. This beta is how I get it.
I’m not going to tell you I’ve placed a hundred people, or quote you an average salary increase, or show you a success rate. I haven’t measured those things, so I won’t say them.
Here’s what I will tell you: you leave with four documents. If you don’t, you don’t pay.
