Book and prepare
Book your session at the $297 beta rate. You’ll receive a scheduling link and an intake form that takes about eight minutes. Complete it at least 48 hours before we meet.
Work with Tonia for two hours
We’ll work through your experience, target roles, professional story, and outreach plan together. You’ll leave with the four working documents described above.
Put the plan to work
Use your ten-day plan to take action. At your day-ten follow-up call, we’ll review your progress and adjust where needed.

I’m Tonia Emanuel.
I spent nearly fifteen years in enterprise healthcare technology, moving from Operations Coordinator to Business Analyst to Senior Client Success Manager.
My work required listening to what clients asked for, identifying what they actually needed, and bringing teams together to act. That experience shapes how I work with professionals who need to explain the value behind their job titles.
I also made my own move from radio and agency work into healthcare technology. I understand what it takes to connect experience from one setting to an opportunity in another.
I built SEEN to help experienced people recognize skills they struggle to name. Repositioning is the next step for people ready to apply that understanding to their job search.
